According to a survey conducted in December 2019, nearly three in 10 (28%) said they plan to make New Year’s resolutions. Many people plan to make self-care resolutions for 2020.

Top Listed Self-Care Resolutions for 2020:

  • Exercising (50%)
  • Saving money (49%)
  • Eating more healthy (43%)
  • Losing weight (37%)

Exercising and saving money are the most popular.  Other popular resolutions that people are committed to improving their relationships. Spending more time doing what they love, reducing stress, learning something new or travelling more.

Millennials Resolutions for 2020

Millennials are turning their attention towards their personal finances, (55%) among this generation resolve to save money.

Nearly half (48%) are somewhat confident about sticking to their resolutions.

The survey shows (34%) would like to reduce stress and (30%) would like to get more sleep.
