To My Valued Clients: Stay Safe
Electrolysis by Shelly wants you to stay safe and help others to do the same as our communities come together to stop the spread of COVID-19.
Each of us is feeling the gravity of this situation. We have been asked to stay home, and for non-essential businesses to close their doors during this time. My doors are also closed temporarily at the request of Fraser Health along with many other non-essential businesses in our community.
I am here to serve my clients in a different way at this time, especially because we are not able to be physically face to face.
Because of the 2-metre safe distancing protocol, this poses a definite challenge in delivering treatment to my clients during COVID-19.
I don’t want my clients to feel let down and abandoned because they can’t receive treatment. Please know I am here to help. I will be available to answer your questions and concerns in the best way I can through phone calls and emails.
I am looking at different platforms of social media in order to make available a face to face option for conversations in the near future. It’s important for me to stay connected with my clients during this uncertain time. I am encouraging you to call if you are feeling frustrated because you aren’t able to receive treatment. I’m here to support you.
I believe a phone call to be the best way to contact me now. During the weekdays I will be available between 9 AM and 5 PM to take your call. Please leave a message if you don’t reach me and I will return your call the same day. I will continue to keep you updated as to which social media platform will be used and the details.
I am continuing to follow the news daily and keeping abreast of what the government is implementing and any ongoing challenges that may be happening.
Stay up to date through the Health Canada Website.
I look forward to serving all of you again when Fraser Health gives me the go ahead to open my doors. When this new information becomes available, I will share it with you.
Stay safe and healthy and let’s get through this together.
